Abstrak

This research is a development research that aims to determine the feasibility ofdeveloping pocket book learning media on the structure and function of plant tissue based on 1 lecturer of biology materialexpert, 1 person of media expert lecturer, 1 person of biology study teacher's response, and student response XI MIA 1 as many as 34 people, students XI MIA 2as many as 9 people. This type of research is research and development (R&D) using a 4D model. The instruments used in this study consisted of a material expert validation questionnaire, media experts, teacher responses from the field of study, and student responses to illustrated pocket books. The results of this study are a material expert assessment questionnaire, expressed by a percentage score of 81.04%, a media expert assessmentquestionnaire stated by a percentage scoreof 87.29%, a teacher responsequestionnaire in the field of studyexpressed by a percentage score of 96.66%, a student response questionnaire the individual test with a sample of 3 people is 89.44%, the responses of students in the small group test with a sample of 6 people are 92.22%, and the responses of students to the limited group trial with a sample of 34 people are 94.16%. If it is matched with the table of eligibility criteria, then this achievementscore is included in the very feasible criteria to be used as a medium for learning biology material on the Structure and Function of Plant Tissues in improving learning. An illustrated pocket book will be more perfect if an effectiveness test is carried out.
