Pinched nerve pain is often caused by poor posture and a sedentary lifestyle, which increases the risk in adults. It often occurs in women. Those who experience this problem will experience pain in the waist, groin, and legs. This study aims to determine how to treat patients suffering from pinched nerves. This study was designed using a qualitative descriptive method with phenomenology. Yoga movements offer a preventive approach through movements such as Child's Pose, Sphinx Pose, and Cat-cow Pose. The results showed that regular yoga exercises with the Child's Pose, Sphinx Pose, and Cat-cow Pose movements have a significant effect on reducing pinched nerve pain
