PENGEMBANGAN BOOKLET KEANEKARAGAMAN DI MEDAN ZOO SEBAGAI SUMBER BELAJAR PADA MATERI KEANEKARAGAMAN HAYATI DI SMAS KARTIKA 1-2 MEDAN

Abstrak

Students at SMAS Kartika 1-2 Medan need interesting learning resources, especially on biodiversity material because this material requires examples of real objects. The decline in reading interest in high school students has also triggered researchers to develop booklets based on local potential and the surrounding environment with the title zoo field diversity booklet. The purpose of this research is to develop a learning resource in the form of a Diversity booklet in the field of the zoo on the subject of biodiversity. The type of research used is Research and Development (R&D) or development research that refers to the 4D development model (Define, Design, Development, Disseminate). The results of the study found that the booklet product as a learning resource was suitable for use based on the assessment of material experts and learning resource experts as well as the responses of teachers and students with the percentages of eligibility 91.4%, 91.6%, 85.22%, and 84.97%. . And the results of the study from a limited trial by class X MIA 2 SMAS Kartika 1-2 Medan were categorized as effective, with an N-Gain score reaching 0.61. so it can be concluded that the development of this learning resource is feasible or effective to use for learning on biodiversity material.
