Color blindness is a visual perception disorder caused by the eye's inability to distinguish certain colors due to abnormalities in the retinal cone cells. This condition can impact various aspects of life, particularly learning activities, social interactions, and activities that require the ability to accurately recognize colors. This study aims to examine the adjustment strategies of individuals with color blindness in carrying out daily activities. Information about the students was obtained from interviews with those who know them directly and who attend State MTs 2 Medan, without conducting direct research at the school. The study used a qualitative descriptive method through in-depth interviews with informants familiar with the students' condition. The results showed that the students engaged in various forms of adaptation, such as memorizing the positions of colors on learning materials, using color detection applications, and seeking help from others in certain situations. Furthermore, support from their environment, especially family and peers, played a crucial role in helping students adjust and achieve. It was concluded that adaptability and social support are key factors in the successful adjustment of individuals with color blindness. This research is expected to raise public awareness of the importance of an inclusive environment (an attitude of acceptance of differences) for individuals with color blindness.
