PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN KOMIK DIGITAL BERBASIS LITERASI SAINS PADA MATERI TATA SURYA KELAS VII DI SMP NEGERI 24 MEDAN

Abstrak

This study aims to determine the feasibility of science literacy-based digital comic learning media, practicality based on teacher and student response questionnaires, effectiveness of using digital comic media on students' science literacy skills, and students' learning interest level. This media development research uses the 4D model, namely Define, Design, Development, and Dissemination. The research was conducted at SMP Negeri 24 Medan. The results showed that the feasibility level of science literacy- based digital comic learning media on Solar System material was included in the very feasible criteria with a feasibility percentage of 85% by material experts, 87% by media experts, and 94.28% by learning experts. The practicality of science literacy-based digital comic learning media on Solar System material was included in the very practical criteria with a practicality percentage of 94.4% by science teachers and 89.79% from the average student response questionnaire. The level of student learning interest in science literacy-based digital comic learning media on Solar System material was included in the very good criteria with an average percentage value of student learning interest questionnaire of 89.69%. The effectiveness of using science literacy-based digital comic learning media on students' science literacy skills on Solar System material obtained an N-gain score of 0.58 with a moderate criteria.
