Soil macrofauna constitutes a group of soil fauna with a body width > 2 mm and a body length > 1 cm, which can be observed without the assistance of magnifying tools. Macrofauna function as decomposers that significantly impact soil and plant fertility. This study aims to determine the diversity, abundance, and dominance of soil macrofauna in Tanjung Anom Village, Pancur Batu Subdistrict. This research was conducted in Tanjung Anom Village, Pancur Batu Subdistrict, and at the Biology Laboratory of Universitas Negeri Medan from May to August 2025. The research method utilized was a descriptive survey. The data collection technique was performed utilizing a soil auger. The research results indicated that the diversity of soil macrofauna falls into the moderate category (H' = 1.59), consisting of 8 species (8 families; 7 orders; 3 phyla). The macrofauna species exhibiting the highest abundance on the soil surface were Pontoscolex sp. (47 individuals) and Geophilus sp. (13 individuals). Furthermore, the dominance level indicated that no single species dominated the area (C = 0.29).
