The prevalence of anemia in category high. Community Health Center working area. Efforts to control anemia have been carried out by community health centers in collaboration with UKS but have not been able to reduce the prevalence of anemia in adolescent girls. The cause of anemia in adolescents is thought to be due to low knowledge, attitudes and behavior to prevent anemia. Based on this, there is a need for research that aims to describe the level of knowledge, attitudes and behavior of preventing anemia. The research method was carried out using an observational survey with a cross-sectional approach. The population in this study were all young women at SMAI Kepanjen, a random sample of 59 people. The attitude of most young women (52.9%) is not good in preventing anemia. Most young women (69%) lack compliant behavior in consuming blood supplement tablets (TTD). This is because teenagers don't like new things and the taste of TTD, fishy, side effects of dizziness, nausea. The description of knowledge, attitudes and behavior in preventing anemia at SMAI is relatively low, because around 44% of young women have not received information about anemia and efforts to prevent it. Efforts to improve knowledge, attitudes and behavior need to be enhanced with anemia prevention education.
